Step 1 Create data in Excel as below
Cost Centre Group | Cost Centre | Code | Lat | Long |
Populate data as needed
Leave headings in place on excel file this is okay.
Step 2 Save file as excel then convert to CSV
Step 3 Use import tool to import
Note: if you don't convert to CSV it wont work.
To use the basic version of cost centre import use these headings below and repeat above process.
Cost Centre Group | Cost Centre |
Note - if you don't use a 'grouping' of cost centres then just create a 'cost centre group' to reflect the 'company name' that you associate with all cost centres.
I.e
Cost Centre Group - Cost Centre
Chronicle - Sales
Chronicle - Operations
Chronicle - Accounts
