- This will allow you to filter the table of employees down to a specific tag which you have access to.
Start / End Date
- The 'Start/End' date range can be used when you're actioning bulk requests against work records, for example booking in an absence.
Sort By
- With this filter, you can sort the table of employees to a specific column found within this table of information.
Using the Bulk Editor
When actioning changes within the bulk editor, after you've selected your appropriate filters you can begin making the changes. To action a change, you'd need to select the tick box against the employee(s) on the left-hand side.
Alternatively, to make bulk edits to all employees first ensure the 'Show Records' is displaying the maximum amount of records available and then select the tick box in the top-left of the table to select all records available.
With the appropriate employees select, you can then look below the table of employees for the option you're looking to use.
For example, if you were looking to assign newly created employees to a terminal group before downloading them, with the employees selected scroll down to below to table and find the appropriate drop-down.
Select the relevant option from the drop-down and then the 'Update' option. It should then display 'Records Updated' at the bottom of the screen.
