This feature will allow the admin users to create various question types and questions, that the employees will be able to answer on their phones using the Chronicle Mobile App.
You can enable Questions under the user settings in the Access tab:
Then go to Settings -> HR records -> Question type -> click on the green plus button to create a new Question type:
Fill in the Name and Description for the Question type and hit the Create button:
While in HR records, go to the Questions tab and click on the green plus button:
Select the Question type from the drop-down menu, fill in the Question text field, choose the Answer type and Position on the list (0 - first question, 1 - second, 2 - third, etc.):
After the question has been created, employees will be able to answer them on their phones using the Chronicle Mobile App.
Navigate to Settings -> Questions -> select a question type -> provide the answers to questions -> hit the green Save button at the bottom -> the answers will be saved:
To see the answers go to HR -> Questions -> you can filter answers by Tags and Dates the questions have been answered:
