With the GT8 terminal you can change the settings so that it uses a static IP instead of DHCP.
In order to set this up on the terminal, you'd need to follow the steps below:
1. Incorrectly scan your face, or press your thumb over the time in the top-left hand corner for around 6 seconds.
2. Enter '19051905' then press 'Exit Application'.
3. Click 'Admin' and enter '1905'.
4. Click 'Settings' then 'Network & Internet'
5. Select 'Wired Network' then 'Configure IP settings'.
6. Select 'IP Mode' then select 'Static'.
7. Enter the relevant information within the fields displayed.
8. Return to the menu to allow this information to refresh and the terminal update.
