The chronicle system has now been enhanced to provide users with the ability to view their holiday entitlements in hours and minutes, rather than in decimal format. This update allows for greater clarity and precision when tracking time off, making it easier for users to understand and manage their leave balances. Users can now see their entitlements in a more familiar and practical format, improving their overall experience with the system.
To Enable this feature, you would need to be the Superuser of the system as you would need to access "Company Settings". Please see the below on how to enable this:
- Navigate to Toolbox -> Company Settings
- This should then bring up a screen such as the below:
- To Enable this feature, simply Tick the tick box of the "Hourly Entitlements as HH:mm" and click Save.
Once enabled, you should be able to view employee's entitlements in Hours and minutes format, such as the below screenshot:
(Note: The employees Entitlement would need to be ticked as "Entitlement in Hours")
