Updating the time on a GT8 Terminal

If the time on your GT8 terminal has gone out of sync as a result of the clocks going forwards/backwards, you can follow some quick and easy steps to get this resolved. 

1. Press your thumb over the time in the top-left for 5-6 seconds (Or incorrectly scan your face and press ‘ID’)
   
   
2. Enter 19051905 and select the tick.
   
3. Then select ‘Exit Application’
   
4. Select ‘Admin’ and enter ‘1905’ then the tick.
   
5. Select ‘Settings’
   
6. Scroll down to ‘System’ and select it.
   
7. Select the ‘Date & Time’ option:
   • Ensure ‘Use network provided time’ is enabled
   • Select the ‘Time Zone’ option and set this to ‘United Kingdom’.
   • Ensure ‘Use locale default’ is also enabled.
