Disabling BadgeID clocking on GT8

• Mis-scan your face or hold your finger over the seconds of the clock
• Enter the supervisor password 19051905
• Press Exit application

         

• Click ‘Admin’
• Enter password 1905

    

• Press ‘Setup GTeasyclock’
• Press ‘App Settings’

 

           

• Scroll down to “Employee” and click on ‘Verification Method’
• Type in: noneIfFace,face,pin 
• Note the above is CASE SENSITIVE - Without capitals it would read as noneifface,face,pin
• Click Ok

Once you’ve completed all the steps above, this should now only allow employees to scan their face to clock in/out and if they do try to use their badgeId number the terminal will ask them to verify using Facial recognition.

Once this update is complete, you will no longer be able to enter supervisor mode by mis-scanning your face, you will need to instead hold your finger over the seconds of the clock.
