V2 Live Activity Dashboard

This dashboard provides a real-time overview of employee shift activity, attendance, working hours, and operational activity distribution for the current day.

Header & Filters

Displays the current dashboard date and provides filters to narrow the data by:

• Department/team
• Shift

Used to control which employees and activities are shown on the dashboard.

• Employees On Shift - Shows the total number of employees currently assigned to the selected shift or group.
• Total Absences - Displays the number of employees who are absent during the selected period.
• Time Elapsed On Shift - Indicates how much time has passed during the active shift.

• Total Shift Hours - Shows the combined number of hours worked across all employees currently on shift.

Total Hours Per Activity

Pie chart showing how total working hours are distributed across different activity types.

Helps identify where employee time is being spent.

Shift Overview

Table displaying:

• Employee names
• Job roles
• Current activities
• Hours worked

Provides a live operational view of employee activity during the shift.

Employee Count Per Activity

Bar chart showing how many employees are assigned to each activity category.

Used to monitor workforce allocation across operational tasks
