Within Chronicle, we offer over 200 different reports which are available for use for pulling various types of data ranging from personal details to worked hours to fire related reports.
In almost every instance, if there is data within your Chronicle environment, there likely a report you can run to receive that data, formatted neatly and that is exportable to your preferred file format.
Reports can also be specifically curated to your specifications, this is a chargeable feature - If you are interested in this, please reach out!
You can find the reports that are available on the home screen menu items, under the 'Reports' drop-down. This is also where you can access any reports which you have marked as a favourite.

Running the Reports
Once you've selected all your filters and the report itself, you can select 'Generate' to run the report which will then present the data for you within the product.
Along the top of the report, you'll see a tool bar with various options.
Going from the left, these options will allow you to navigate been pages if multiple pages of the report are generated.
You'll also be able to zoom in and out to get a closer look as the formatting of the report may not be able to generate clearly if there are a lot of columns/rows.
To the right of the zoom options, you have the print and export options - This is where you can print the report directly or export this to your preferred format. These include: PDF, XLS, CSV and more!
