V2 - Fire Reporting

In your Chronicle environment, you'll have access to multiple different fire reports which can display the on/off site data for the employees. 

Some reports are simple, designed for a quick overview of the data - other reports are more in-depth with filters available. 

Some fire reports can be found within the 'Fire Reports' tab on the left-hand side of the home screen menu items whereas others can be found within 'Reports' instead, using the 'Fire' category.

This guide will go through the various fire reports that are available within Chronicle. 

Fire Reports Menu

Quick Fire Report

This report is designed for quick, easy access to view whether an employee is on or off site and is the first option within the 'Fire Reports' menu. 

This report can be filtered by Tag, Employee or Cost Centre.

This report will display:

• Forename
• Surname
• Mobile Number
• First Aider/Fire Marshall Status (Yes/No)
• Onsite (Yes/No)
• Terminal Name (This only shows PayMate & Maximus)
• Cost Centre Name

Fire Cost Centre Report

This report is designed for quick, easy access to view whether an employee is on or off site and is the second option within the 'Fire Reports' menu. 

This report can be filtered only by Cost Centre.

This report will display:

• Forename
• Surname
• Mobile Number
• Manager Name
• Muster Point (This information is driven through the Custom 1 field of an employee record)
• Onsite (Yes/No)
• Cost Centre Name

Quick Fire TA/Access Report

This report is designed for quick, easy access to view whether an employee is on or off site and is the third option within the 'Fire Reports' menu. 

This report can be filtered only by Tag, Employee & Date Range.

This report will display:

• Forename
• Surname
• Mobile Number
• First Aider/Fire Marshall Status (Yes/No)
• T/A Onsite (Yes/No & Applies to PayMate or Maximus Clockings)
• T/A Name (This only shows PayMate & Maximus)
• Access Onsite (Yes/No & Applies to Access Control Clockings)
• Access Terminal Name (Name of the Access Control Unit)
• Last Swiped At (Show the last time they had swiped at the named unit)

Quick Fire Roll Call Report

This report is designed for quick, easy access to view whether an employee is on or off site and is the fourth option within the 'Fire Reports' menu. 

This report has no filters available.

This report will display:

• Person Type
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Department (Tag)
• Line Manager
• Mobile (Of the Line Manager)
• Clocking Device (Applies to all options available)
• Onsite (Time clocked)

Fire Reporting Managers App

To locate this report, you must click 'Reports' on the left-hand side, then search for the 'Fire Reporting Managers App' report. 

This report generates information actioned on the Chronicle Managers App. When using the 'Fire Report' option on the app and marking employees onsite or not, this can then be saved with the data processing through to this specific report.

• TA Onsite
• TA Access Onsite
• Terminal Name
• Cost Centre Name
