Even though an employee may have had a leaving date set against them and their employee record archived, you can still include them within reports.
To do this, whilst you are within 'Reports' or 'Advanced Reports' you'd simply tick the 'Include left employees' tick box in the top-left corner above the 'Tag' drop-down.
If your employee has a leaving date that is outside of the date range, it will not appear on the report.
