Within Chronicle, we offer various payroll reports which can be used to track your data.
With the 'Payroll Report' and others, it'll display the basic hours worked within that date range as well as overtime (1-5), holiday hours, sickness hours and absence hours along with a total.
With the 'OT1, 2, 3, 4 & 5' columns, it reflects the what is configured within 'Overtime Groups'. This is found within the settings via the cog in the top-right corner and then 'Overtime Rules > 'Overtime Groups'.
The 'Payroll Category' is what will reflect on the payroll report - For example payroll category 1 in the screenshot below is for 'Flat Rate', which will display in the 'OT1' column.
