How to read the encrypted fob number using a Mifare Card Reader

MiFare Reader Instructions:

1. Insert the mini disk that comes in the box with the reader.
2. Plug in the mifare reader
3. Open the disk in windows explorer, there will be two folders.
4. Choose the folder that has 13.56M in the name.
5. Run the DEMO.EXE contained in the folder.
6. Tick 10 no. in D (four byte)
7. Click “SET”
8. Open a Notepad or Word Document – Any text editor.
9. Place your mouse cursor into the Text Editor
10. Swipe your badge/fob over the reader
11. The reader will act as a Keyboard and “Paste” the UID (Badge ID) into the text document,
12. Ticking “Add enter” will move the cursor to the next line, so that you can swipe multiple fobs, quickly.
