For some companies job costing, cost centre or activity tracking the ability to retrospectively allocate individuals or groups of people in bulk a different cost centre or activity is a powerful feature.
To retrospectively assign a cost centre or activity to employee(s) records follow the steps below:
1. Access 'Toolbox' > 'Bulk Editor'.
2. In the 'Bulk Editor' select the relevant tag and date(s)
3. Select the relevant employee(s)
4. Below the table of employees, locate either 'Activity' or 'Cost Centre' on the right-hand side then select the relevant activity or cost centre.
5. Then select 'Update'.
Note: an easy way to check this has worked is to either run a report or go into an employees work record and check it has updated accurately.
