How to set up Manager App user

Important note: an employee needs to be an Admin user and a Manager app user.

To set a user as a Manager app user all you have to do is:

• Go to Settings -> Organisation -> Users -> double click on the user of interest -> tick the Manager app user box (Admin user box needs to be ticked as well):

In the new Manager App tab you can hide some options from the user, for example, Fire Marshall doesn't need to see the Live Status option or the ability to authorize holidays or overtime.

In order to use the app, first you need to download the Chronicle Managers App from the Google Play Store for Android or from the App Store for Apple.
