How to set up a Visitor Module user

To set a user as a Visitor module user all you have to do is:

• Go to Settings -> Organisation -> Users -> double click on the user of interest -> tick the Visitor module user box:

Keep in mind that the Visitor Module user cannot be combined with any other user type. To select this option you must first uncheck all other user types.

In order to use the Visitor module, you need to download the Chronicle Mobile App from the Google Play Store for Android or from the App Store for Apple.
