As a super user within Chronicle, you have the ability to use the 'Audit Log' feature. This currently is a revamped version of our existing Audit Log with more additions to be added in the near future.
Whilst logged into your super user account, you'll now be able to see the option within the 'View' drop-down.
Within this page, on the left-hand side you'll have a drop-down menu to change which category you want to see to audit:
There are various categories to choose from currently (More to be released)
A breakdown of each category and what you might find is below:

When looking at the audit log, initially, you'll be able to see the username of who actioned the creation/edit, which category this is, the type of action and the date/time of this action.
In the example below, the user has created (INSERT) and edited (UPDATE) an activity:
For more information as to exactly what was created or edited, you'd double-click on the line you'd like to see more about.
This will bring up a feature which replicates what is held in the background. Looking into the INSERT line, we see that the 'Before' values are all n/a as it hadn't existed previously and the 'After' values are what was input during the creation.
All rows will be highlighted red, this displays what exactly the change was for that line you had selected. If we have a look at the UPDATE row, we'll be able to see more clearly exactly what was amended following the creation of this activity.
From this log, we can determine that user Tyler Joseph had edited the Hourly Rate of the activity from 12 to 15 on 13/06/2025 at 14:26.
The same would apply for the other categories available within the audit log.
You may find that some fields within the audit log can be difficult to determine exactly what was changed, or the values that were change. If you are ever uncertain, please do contact us and we'll be happy to discuss this further.
