When adding a new employee to your environment, you will need to action a download of their data to the terminal.
Before doing so, ensure the employees are assigned to the correct 'Terminal Group' within their employee record. The employee record is found by double-clicking on the relevant employees name within 'Live Data/Attendance' or via the settings within 'Employees' then 'Employees'.

Once a terminal group is assigned, you'll need to follow the steps below:

Access the settings via the cog in the top-right corner.

On the left-hand side, select 'Clocking Terminals' then 'Setup Terminals'.
- Double-click on a terminal which opens the settings interface.

Within this interface, select the 'Employees' tick box and then 'Save'.
