In order to use Chronicle's mobile application for clocking, a 'User' needs to be created and linked to an Employee in Chronicle Online.
As an admin user, go the settings via the cog in the top-right.
Once within the settings, select 'Organisation' then 'Users'.
Select the orange 'Add User' button
Select their name from the 'Is Employee' dropdown, and fill in the details (Please note: their username and email should automatically be filled in providing they have an email address in their employee record).
During this section, you will also need to enter a password, this can be something simple for now.
Tick 'Mobile App User' and using the 'Mobile App Access' tab select what access they require, usually this will be 'Enable facial recognition on clock in'.
Click Create.
