HMRC's systems can sometimes generate errors from time to time meaning it can calculate the amount of NI incorrectly.
HMRC's frontline staff on the employer helpline are tasked with handling calls quickly and are unable to resolve these issues which means their standard response would be for you to send through another FPS but don't specify if anything should be different in the new FPS they would have you submit.
In the case that there are no amendmants to be made and you believe your figures are correct, submitting any other FPS's wouldn't resolve the issue for you.
The best course of action is to phone the Employer Help Line On 03002 003200 and raise a disputed charge, this will then be escalated on to a different team who have the power to amend any data around this.
