As an Admin user, go to your settings, using the Cog in the top right corner of the screen.
Go to Organisation -> Users:
Select 'Add User' in the top-right corner, below the settings cog:
Select their name from the 'Is Employee' dropdown, and fill in the details (note: their username and email should automatically be filled in providing they have an email address in their employee record.)
Then, tick 'Mobile App User' under the 'User Type' section.
*You can look to change the username to something other than an e-mail - Most companies use tablet@companyname
You should then see a new option along the top called 'Mobile App Access' tab, select 'Allow Supervisor Employee Clock In' and 'Enable Facial Recognition on Clock in.
Along the top, select the 'Access' tab - Here you'll select the tags this 'User' has access too - Ticking a tag will the have any employee that is assigned to that tag, appear on the tablet's drop-down menu.
From there, you'd just need to click 'Create' at the bottom.
After this, log-in on the tablet using the details you had used to create this. The menu will look slightly different to what an employee would see:
From an employee point of view - They'd select 'Start typing Employee' and select their name from the drop-down and then click the appropriate option (Clock In/Out or Start/End Break).
