Employee shift rates can be created or amended using the 'Settings' option in the bottom-left of the home screen menu items and then 'Employees' into 'Employee Shift Rates'.

Applying Employee Shift Rates
In order for this functionality to work, the employee must be defined to be paid based on 'Shift. To enable this, locate the employee record that you had created the activity rate for and access the 'Payroll' tab.
Within the 'Payroll' tab, under the 'Pay Type' drop-down, define this as 'Shift'.
Now, whenever the employee works on the specified shift, the 'Rate' that was defined will pull through onto the work record and any respective reports that include shift work.
