Employee custom labels are used within the employee record under the 'Custom' tab - This is where you can customise lines within the employee record to record unique information such as clothing sizes, licence type/details, or anything else that is not currently recorded within Chronicle.
Up to 10 custom labels can be created and found within the employee record.
In some cases, with custom development work they can be used to record important information that is used within the procedure performed in the background to bring your custom development work to life within your environment.
The custom labels can be amended and created by selecting the 'Settings' option within the bottom left of the home screen menu items, then 'Employees' and finally 'Employee Custom Labels'.
Creating the Custom Labels
To create a new custom label, select the orange 'Add Employee Custom Label' option or to amend an existing one, double-click on the relevant row to view the details of this label.
Position - This will be the custom position it falls against (1-10)
Name - This will be the text that is displayed against this label
Once complete, select the 'Save' option to finish.
With the custom label(s) created, you'll be able to locate these and enter the relevant information against that label within the employee record.
