Creating zones makes it simple to see where a person was last seen. Perfect for fire reporting, managing incidents or tracking peoples working day.
You can create as many zones as required that correspond to the number of access control doors.
To create or amend an existing zone, you first access the settings via the cog in the top-right corner. Then, 'Access Control' into 'Zones'.
To add a new zone, simply click the green + button or, to amend an existing zone, double-click on the appropriate zone to bring up the settings.
When creating a zone you'd simply need to define a name of that zone, for example 'Office' then a description if needed.
You can define a colour of that zone as well too.
