Within Chronicle, you can assign an employee as either a supervisor, first aider or fire marshal. Doing so, will display an indicator against their name within 'Attendance'.
This helps make scheduling and rostering easier, along with decisions about holiday sick and absence requests.
To apply this against an employee, you'll need to access their employee record by double-clicking on their name within 'Live Data' or 'Attendance'.
Within 'Additional Info' you can define the relevant role against the employee.
