How to reset mobile app password in app

If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it in the Chronicle Mobile App.

To ensure it will work properly, please make sure the app version is up to date and you have the correct email address linked to your Chronicle User account. 

To reset the password, please follow the steps below:

• Open the Chronicle Mobile App on your phone
• Click on the Forgot password
• Enter your Username and click Continue
• An email with a PIN code will be sent
• Enter the PIN code in the app and click Reset Password
• Create a New Password
• Log in using your Username and New Password
