How to update Chronicle Mobile / Managers App

To update the Chronicle Mobile / Managers App please follow the steps below: 

• Hit the square button on the bottom of the screen to minimize the Chronicle App:

• Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen or if you don't see that icon then quickly tap the screen 4 times:

• Enter the password and hit the OK button:

• Go to App Launcher:

• Go to Visible Apps and tick the box next to Google Play Store:

• Go back to the main screen and click on the Google Play Store:

• In the search bar look for Chronicle Mobile App:

• Hit the Update button and wait for updates to be downloaded and installed

• Go back to Settings -> App Launcher -> Visible Apps -> untick the box next to Google Play Store
• Then go to Allowed Apps -> untick the box next to Google Play Store

Congratulation, you have updated the mobile app!
