Currently, you won't receive a notification if an employee sends a note (via mobile app/self service).
The employee would need to let you know if they have sent the note.
To see the notes all you have to do is:
- Go to View -> Live data -> Find an employee of interest and click once on them to show the Work Record underneath
- Double-click on the date the note was sent
- You should be able to see and edit the note in the top left part of the Work Record window (please see the screenshots below):
