To make editing cost centres much easier, you can bulk edit them in to specific days for specific employees.
For example, lets say that you know that the whole company were at "Site A" on a specific day, you can easily add this in using this method.
To do this, head to Toolbox -> Bulk Editor.
You can then chose which dates you would like to schedule these cost centres in by changing the Start Date and End Date at the top left.
If you would like to select one day, select the date in both boxes, like below.
Once you have selected the dates, you can start to tick the employees that you would like to schedule this cost centre for.
Now, scroll down and find "Cost Centre" under "Update Work Records"
Select which cost centre you would like, and then press update.
And that's all it takes!
As you can see above, all employees ticked will be put into this cost centre on the specified days.
