Every time you change the Hourly, Daily, Monthly, or Annual rate for an employee under their profile, the record will be created in the Remuneration tab.
To update an employee's rate go to View -> Live data -> double click on an employee in question -> go to Payroll tab -> update the rate field -> hit the Save button:
Then go to the Remuneration tab to see the history of the changes:
To remove the record, tick the box next to it and then red bin button:
That will effectively remove selected records:
