Sensitive documents are a way of hiding documents from users that you don't want to have access to.
This can be good for things such as medical information, passports etc.
To classify a document as sensitive, please follow the steps below:
Go to settings, Employees -> Employees and double click on the desired employee.
Once in here, at the top, navigate to Documents.
This is where you will be able to upload Sensitive Documents.
As shown above, there is a tick box for uploading sensitive documents.
To upload a document, you will need to enter a description first.
If you don't, the document will not upload.
To upload this as a Sensitive document, you will need to tick the sensitive check box.
Once you do this, when you press "Upload Document", this will be uploaded as sensitive.
If you do not tick Sensitive Document, the document will be uploaded, but will not be sensitive.
Enable access to viewing sensitive documents:
To view this Sensitive Document, you will need to have admin access in the system, and have access to sensitive documents. Any other Employees/Users will not be able to access these documents.
To add this access to a user, Navigate to Settings, Organisation -> Users and double click on the desired user.
Make sure Admin User is ticked under the user type of the employee.
Then, navigate to Access at the top.
Here is where you will find the access setting for Sensitive Documents.
To enable this, tick the check box annotated above, and hit save.
This user will now have access to Sensitive Documents.
