If you would like to have it so that when a specific employee clocks in, they are defaulted to a specific Cost Centre, please see the steps below:
First, head to Settings -> Employees -> Employees and double click on the desired employee.
This will open up the employees details.
Here you will want to change the Cost Centre to the desired site, for example:
Once you select this, press save at the bottom right.
Now, whenever this employee clocks, they will be automatically assigned to "Swindon Site A" (In this example).
To manually go into a work record and change the cost centre, please see the steps below:
First, head to View -> Live Data and click on the desired employee, this will highlight them grey.
Now, towards the bottom of the screen, double click on the desired date, in this example, let's use the 16/05/2024.
Now, press on the work record for that day.
Here, you will be able to select which cost centre that person was at for this day.
Once you have selected, press save.
This will also apply if there was already a cost centre applied, and you would like to change it to a different one.
