This dashboard provides a summary of employee attendance, working hours, requests, overtime, and activity allocation over a selected date range.
Date Range Filters
Located in the top-right corner:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Filter Dropdown
These controls allow users to:
- Select a reporting period
- Filter records by category, team, location, or status (depending on system configuration)
Summary Tiles (Top Statistics Cards)
The colored cards provide quick KPI (Key Performance Indicator) summaries.
Onsite - Shows how many employees are currently on site.
Lateness - Number of late employees.
Hol/Abs Req- Number of Holiday/Absence request.
Change Req - Number of employees requesting to change their employee details.
Exceptions - Total attendance or timesheet exceptions detected.
Pending Overtime - Overtime entries awaiting approval
Hours Worked vs Contracted Chart
Compares actual worked hours against contracted hours over time.

How to Read the Chart
X-Axis
Displays dates from selected range
Y-Axis
Represents the number of hours.
Light Green Area — Contracted Hours
Shows expected working hours based on the employee contract.
Dark Green Area — Hours Worked
Shows actual recorded working hours.
Activities / Cost Centres Panel
Located on the right side.
This section breaks down hours by:
- Activity type
- Cost centre
