This feature allows you to specify the time zone for employees/contractors working in different countries.
To set it up, go to View -> Live data -> find an employee in question -> Additional info -> select the correct Time zone from the drop-down menu:
By default, this field will be blank, which means the system will use the UK UTC +0 / GMT Greenwich Mean Time.
In this example, I've set up the time zone as UTC +1, so even if it was 9:59 in the UK, it showed 10:59 as a clocked-in time:
