This section will let you specify the factor and the uplift for daily and weekly overtime:
The Factor is the percentage value over the flat rate for an employee.
For example, if an employee earns £10/h per hour and is assigned to x1.5 (factor - 50) overtime group, they will earn £15 per hour if they do any overtime hours.
The Uplift is a flat value in pounds that an employee will receive.
For example, an employee assigned to an overtime group with a £5 uplift, will receive an extra £5 per hour:
It is possible to combine the Factor and the Uplift. In that case, the Factor will be calculated first and then the Uplift will be added on top of that:
£20 flat rate * 0.413 factor = £8.28 + £10 uplift = £18.26
