Facial recognition spot check

This feature allows adding an extra layer of protection, which will allow you to keep track of facial recognition photos taken by employees.

Enabling this setting will keep pictures taken by the Chronicle Mobile App users while they clock in, which will be stored in the database for 7 days.

To enable this feature, all you have to do is:

• Click on the Toolbox -> Company settings
• In the new popup window tick the Enable facial recognition spot check box
• Hit the Save button

Admin users with access to the employee work records will be able to click on the blue person icon and see the picture that was taken by an employee to clock in.
