Audit logs record the occurrence of an event, the time at which it occurred, the responsible user, and the impacted entity.
Please note this feature is only available for superusers.
To access the Audit Log, please go to View -> Audit:
You can filter by the Date and by the Category:
AbsenteeRecord - creation/removal of the Holiday, Absence, and Sick records:
Employee - employee creation or any change in the employee profile, please note any change in the employee profile will cause the system to remove that employee and re-assign them to the tags:
EmployeeShift - in the employee's work record, creating or removing a shift (also creating a default shift):
EmployeeTag - assigning or unassigning an employee from the tag, the system will also remove an employee from all tags and reassign them with any change in the employee's profile:
ExceptionalItem - creation or removal of the exceptional item in the employee's work record:
Shift - creation or any changes made to the shift:
WorkRecord - work record creation or any change in an employee's work record:
At any point, you can click on any record and it will open a new pop-up window showing the old and new value:
In the example above I've changed the Start and End time of a shift from 10:00-15:00 to 11:00-16:00.
The values are in minutes, where 600 minutes = 10 hours, 660 minutes = 11 hours, etc.
