In some instances, an loose fob or card may be located, or this is to be re-assigned to a new employee. You can use that fob or card with the reader to locate who this is assigned too or, whether this is already assigned to an employee.
To do this, you will need the USB reader which looks like
Once this is plugged into your computer/laptop - Navigate to 'View' > 'Live Data'. Click into the search bar so that it is flashing, ready to type:
Use the fob/card on the reader and it should input the fob/card number into the search box, which will then display who this is assigned to, if anyone.
Another area which you can find this is within the settings under 'Organisation' then 'Badge Swipes'.
Similar to the live data screen, select your cursor in the search box so that it is flashing and use the fob/card on the reader to input and search the number for any recent swipes.
