Within Chronicle you can create a budge plan to track the amount of hours, currently or head count.
To set-up a budget plan you'd need to follow the below steps:
- Access the settings via the cog in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Organisation' then 'Budget Plans'.
- Click on the green + symbol button.
- Give the budget a name - so you recognise it when assigning to tags.
- Stipulate the type of budget you want to set i.e hours money or count.
- Set the value against each day of the week.
- Hit the Create button.
Without selecting the 'Multiple Weeks' option, the budget plan will continue on a weekly basis with the figures that are entered for each day.
When selecting 'Multiple Weeks', the interface will change slightly - You would need to select 'Create' and double-click back into the budget plan which you'll then see a 'Create Weeks' button.
Selecting this will generate rows for an entire year to which you can then manually define plans on a weekly basis going forward.
With your budget plan created, you would then need to assign this plan to any relevant tags.
After this is assigned to the appropriate tags, you'll be able to see your budget plan displayed within 'View' > 'Attendance' below the list of employees.
