Sometime, you may be trying to locate an employee record that you simply cannot find within your environment. Below will be some information which can assist with locating that record.
First it would be best to check your 'Left Employee' records as someone may have assigned a leaving date against them.
To locate your archived employee records, you'd first need to access 'View' > 'Live Data'.
On the left-hand side, there is a 'Status' drop-down where you can select 'Left Employees'.
It may be best to search through your 'Tags' as well, as that employee may be marked as a leaver under a different tag.
If you locate the record and wish to re-instate it, you'd so so by double-clicking on the employees name and navigating to the 'Additional Info' tab and removing the 'Leaving Date'.
If you still haven't been able to locate the record, it may be that this employee has be unassigned from all tags. If this is the case, you can access the settings via the cog in the top-right corner. From there, select 'Employees' then 'Employees' on the left-hand side. Here, it'll show you all of your employee records that are currently active on the system regardless of what tag they are assigned to.
If you are able to locate the record here, double-click on the employee's name and navigate to the 'Tags' option and ensure that they are appropriately assigned to a tag - To which you'll then be able to see them within any 'Live' screen.
