It is possible to define Holiday Accruals rules against individuals.
Typically this is based on the length of service and employees can have a day entitlement added to their Holiday balance.
In settings, the user can create the various required rules.
I.e. increase annual entitlement by 1 day up to a maximum of 25 days. Presuming basic entitlement is 20 this would allow another 5 days to be increased over the next 5 years of service.
In the employee Entitlements tab, there is an option to select what holiday accrual applies.
Note - this doesn't a require a start date in the employee file to be triggered.
Accrual is based on holiday year settings - i.e. Jan to Jan - Note if an employee completes a year or part of the year i.e. Holiday Year runs Jan to Dec, Employee starts November and works 2 months it will still add the extra day.
