How to change Password Policy

From the home page hover over the “toolbox tab” at the top of the screen

Once at the drop-down click “company settings”

At the bottom of the window find “Password Policy Type”

From there you can choose the requirements for your users passwords.

Basic - Password must be at least 8 characters in length.

Intermediate - Same as Basic but also must contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter (A-Z), 1 number (0-9), and 1 non-alphanumeric character.

Advance - Same as Intermediate but must not contain username.
