Within Chronicle, you'll be able to access a HR dashboard to quickly locate any valuable HR related information. To access the dashboard, simply select the 'HR' tab on the left-hand side then 'HR Dashboard'.
At the top-right of this page, there is a drop-down which can be used to view the information based on a specific tag.
Within the dashboard, you'll be able to see:
- Headcount
- New Starters & Leavers
- Number of Incidents raised
- Sending Announcements
- Bradford Factor Score (Within date-range)
- Records
- Holiday usage
- Employees on Holiday or Absent/Sick (Within date-range)
- Birthdays
- Length of Service (Within date-range)
Viewing the HR Dashboard
When looking at the HR Dashboard, you'll see various information split up into different sections to which you gives you a brief overview of various HR related aspects of your environment.
Headcount
This section will display the amount of employees created within your environment, along with how many are male or female. It will also show a percentage of new employees within the current month vs the previous month.
New Starters & Leavers
This section will display the number of new starters and leavers processed within the current month.
Incidents
This section will display the amount of incidents raised by employees via the Chronicle Mobile App and the percentage of incidents raised within the current month vs the previous month.
Announcements
With this feature, you'll be able to send an announcement to select individuals or all employees via the dashboard. You can see more about announcements in this guide: {Placeholder Link}
Bradford Factor
This area will show you the Bradford factor score for all employees within the date-range set at the top-right.
Records
This will show you the various records that have been assigned to employees, their status and how many are within that status. Against each record, it will show you the name of the record, type of record and end date if set.
Holiday
This section will give you a quick overview of how much holiday has been booked and how much is remaining across all employees on the selected tag, within the date-range defined (By default, this is the current year).
Holiday/Sickness/Absent Status
This area will display the employees that are either on holiday, out sick or absent within the date-range that is defined. You can select either option to view more records if this exceeds the amount displayed by clicking on the circled number.
Birthdays
Here you'll be able to see the employees' birthdays - You can amend the date range to see which employee has their birthday next, as well as their age.
Length of Service
This section will show you the length of service for each employee, it will show the name of the employee and how long they've been with the company (This is based on join date found within the employee record).
New Starters
This last section will display any records for new employees that have started within the date-range defined.
