Within Chronicle, you can define various types of records and the details of those records. These can then be applied to employee's to help you track them by importance or current status.
Along with tracking these data records, notifications are provided to make you aware when something might be no longer valid or needs refreshing such as training.

With records created and applied to employees, you can look to use the HR Records screen to track and manage them. To locate this screen, select 'HR' on the left-hand side and then 'Records'.
Filters
On this screen, you'll initially see all of the records and the employees that they are applied too. You can select the orange 'Filters' option to narrow the results down further.
Tags - Here you can filter the employees displayed down to a specific tag.
Include Left Employees - Enabling this option will include any employees that have had leaving dates set against them within the date-range defined.
Record Types - You can use this option to filter the results to a specific record type.
Start Date & End Date - This will display any records that begin or end within what is defined.
Importance - This will allow you to filter what is returned based on the importance option applied to the record(s).
Status - This will allow you to filter the results based on the status of the record, either expiring, expired or completed.
Using the HR Records Screen
Once your filter(s) have been applied, you can see all of the details of the various documents applied to the employees.
At a glance, you'll be able to see the employee, the record type and detail, the start and end date of the record, its current status, any costs associated, the importance and any documents associated.
Double-clicking on any row within this tablet will take you to the 'Records' tab of the employee record for the employee selected.
You also have the ability to add records to employees directly through this screen by selecting the 'Add Records' option and then the employee you wish to add this to from the drop-down. Doing so will bring you directly to the 'Records' tab of the employee record where you can select 'Create Record' and follow the usual process of adding them.
The records are colour coded using a legend:
Green – Valid
Amber – Expiring in 60 days
Red Expiring in 30 Days
Red Triangle - Expired
