Send shift notification

Shift Notifications in Chronicle enables users to send in bulk, shift requests to employees.

Users can see see available employeees for the date required and their hourly rate.

Once selected and 'sent' - this emails the employee a request/notification.

The employee gets an email and can see the notification/request in their self servicing portal.

The employee can 'accept', 'decline' or say 'maybe'.

User can then authorise the appropriate employee, at the lowest cost to the shift.

This then emails the employee that the shift has been allocated to them and automatically updates all calendars and attendance roster planning screens appropriately.
