When overtime is raised, it can appear against the work record screen as well as against the manage overtime screen. In this guide, this will show you how overtime can be managed via the work record screen when in timesheets.
New View
When overtime is raised, the status will be Pending unless overtime is automatically authorised when set up against the shift.
To manage this overtime, you can tick the desired overtime row and select the "Status" dropdown and select whether this overtime should be authorised as Toil, Authorised, Decline (Basic Paid) or Decline (Unpaid).
Old View
Same principles in the old view, only difference is the Status selection is visible for you to choose rather than a dropdown.
