Within Chronicle, the employees that have access to Self Service and have the appropriate permissions will be allowed to request changes to their personal data.

When an employee requests a change, an e-mail notification will be sent the the manager of that employee making them aware that a change request has come through.
These requests can be managed via the 'Change Requests' option in the 'Manage' drop-down. Here you will be able to review the changes requested and authorise or decline them.
Filters
At the top of this page, you'll first see the various filtering options that are available. You can filter to a specific tag, date-range or exception type.
Tag
- You can use this option to filter to a specific tag that you have access to for easier viewing.
Date
- You can define a date range to filter the exceptions to a specific date, this may be useful if you were aware of the date a terminal went down for instance.
Managing the Change Requests
On this screen, you'll be able to see every instance of any detail changes requested by the employees within your selected tag/date-range.
You'll be able to see which employee put through the request, on what date and what fields were amended by the employee.
To see exactly what was updated, double-click on the instance you wish to view:
Below the requested changes, you'll have a 'Manager Note' area. This can be used to make a note against the changes before you approve or deny the changes.
Once you've entered any notes, you can them approve or deny the request using the buttons at the bottom.
This will send an e-mail to the employee along with the note that was left.
