Overview
The Attendance screen provides a comprehensive, colour-coded view of employee schedules, attendance, and absences across a selected day, week, or time period. From a single screen, managers can schedule and edit shifts, book holidays, manage attendance exceptions, and access employee and work records for quick updates.
Overtime can also be managed by opening an employee's Work Record, where managers can review and adjust worked hours and overtime before payroll. With real-time visibility of working hours, sickness, holidays, rest days, and other absence types, the Attendance screen makes it easy to monitor attendance, resolve issues quickly, and ensure adequate staffing.
