Within Chronicle, there is a feature that allows employees to raise information about an incident that occurred, this feature is exclusive to the Chronicle Mobile App.
Details about an incident can only be raised via the Chronicle Mobile App. You can find a guide on how employees can do this here: {Placeholder Link}
Within the Incidents screen, you'll be able to view all of the information that was raised by an employee including the date of the incident, the employee that raised it, any notes that were recorded as well as any photos that were taken. This leaves a log of the incident within your environment so you have the detail necessary to take it further if required.
Filters
At the top of this page, you'll first see the various filtering options that are available. You can filter to a specific tag, date-range or exception type.
Tag
- You can use this option to filter to a specific tag that you have access to for easier viewing.
Date
- You can define a date range to filter the exceptions to a specific date, this may be useful if you were aware of the date a terminal went down for instance.
Managing the Notes
On this screen, there are no "managing" actions that you can do on this page however, it will list any incidents that have been raised within the date-range and and tag defined.
Viewing the raised incident will show you the notes that were left by the employee, the location of the incident, date of incident and which employee raised this. As well as the information, the employee does have the opportunity to attach images to the incident which you can also view here.
