The 'Holiday/Absence' screen within the 'Manage' section is an area where you'll be able to view all instances of requested holiday and absences within a date range or filtered to a specific tag.
Employees can request holiday or absences via their Self Service or Chronicle Mobile App. Guides for this which can send to employees can be found here:

Within this screen, you'll be able to authorise or decline instances of holiday and absence individually or in bulk. You'll also be able to see the date that was requested and the date the request was made for clarity of who had requested it first in the instance of two employees booking the same date off.
Filters
Tag
- You'll be able to use this drop-down to filter the overtime that displays to a specific tag that you have access to.
Date Range
- You'll be able to set a date range for the overtime that you wish to manage.
Managing the Holiday/Absences
With your tag filter and date-range set, you can begin managing the holiday or absence requests. To reveal the actions, you'll need to select the tick box beside the instance you wish to manage, this will reveal an 'Authorise' or 'Decline' option.
Selecting 'Authorise' will authorise that request and that instance will be removed from the list. Selecting 'Decline' will decline the request and remove that instance from the list.
You can manage multiple requests at once by selecting the tick box beside the instance or, clicking the tick box in the top-left of the table which will select all rows visible on-screen. From there, you can select either 'Authorise' or 'Decline' and it action that against all selected requests.
